About the Community

Our Community is a pristine 250 acre planned area development, totally surrounded by BLM land, nestled in a natural preserve among ancient red rock formations and is blended in with the lay of the land in the most environmentally sensitive manner.

Hidden in Utah’s red rock country just a few miles south of Moab, centrally located for quick and easy access to all the National Parks of southeastern Utah, lies a place still pristine. A place where the wildlife and views have, for eons, remained untouched. A place of singular beauty where you can experience a rhythm of life that’s nearly been forgotten – a destination that is yours to choose.
